Refunds and Returns

We get it, sometimes things just don’t work out. At Find Unusual, we want to make it easy for you to return your sunglasses. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, your sunglasses need to be in their original packaging and unused, just like you received them.

The first step to return an item is to contact us at contact@findunusual.com. We will authorize the return and provide you with the address to send the item to.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it’s in the same condition as when we shipped it. Please make sure to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

After your return has been processed, we’ll send you an email notifying you that we’ve received your item and whether it’s been approved or rejected for a refund.

If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Keep in mind that shipping costs are non-refundable, and you’ll be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning your item.
